POTATO IN SOUR
CREAM, WITH SAUSAGE AND RUCCOLA

Bake the potato slices in olive oil, then add the sour
cream, cut the onions into rings and put them on top.
Put the lid on the pan so that it covers about 75% and
leave for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile bake the sausage in oilive oil with salt and
pepper. Additionally, make a dressing of 50ml vinegar,
2 teaspoons of honey, a bit of salt and crushed black
pepper.
Mix with the ruccola in a bowl.

Sausages (pref. beef, not pork)
Honey
