PASTA SUGO WITH
CHUNKS OF RAW ROMA TOMATO WITH BASIL & CHEESE

Boil water, put it in a bowl in order to skin the roma
tomatoes.
Prepare your spaghetti, add olive oil and chopped garlic
(tiny pieces), add the sliced tomatoes, add basil, stir
it together and garnish with parmesan cheese and crushed
black pepper.
