TORTELLINI, FILLED
WITH SPINACH AND CHEESE WITH GREEN PESTO AND RUCCOLA AND
PINE TREE SEEDS

First prepare the pesto: mix 50 grma sof pine tree seeds,
100 grams of basil and 100 grams of cheese and 50 ml olive
oil in the blender.
Boil water for the tortellini.
When the tortellini are ready, mix the pesto wth the ruccola.
First put the tortellini over two plates, then add the
ruccola/pesto mix and garnish with parmesan cheese, pine
tree seeds and black pepper.
