LENTILS WITH
CURRY, COCONUT MILK , HARD BOILE EGG AND LIME

First cook the lentils in plenty of water until they're
soft and begin to pulverize.
Cut the tomatoes, onions and garlic in tiny pieces,
and boil the eggs for approx 7 minutes.
When the eggs are ready, take off the shell and then
bake the egg (as a whole) in butter, to add a nice fried
crust.
Take the eggs from the pan and bake the garlic and the
onion in that very same pan. Add the curry powder, stir
very well together with the tomatoes. When this looks
ready, add the egg. Finally add salt to taste.
Stir together with the soft cooked lentils - andjust
before serving, add the fresh cilantro.
