Mix the meat with the egg, paprika powder, cayenne pepper,
black and white pepper, and garlic powder if you wish.
Make small meatballs.
Meanwhile, boil the potatoes. Add the carrot/onion mix
and put the lid on the pan. Leave it while you bake
the meatballs - add two tomatoes for a nice gravy.
When the potatoes and the vegetables are ready, mash
them together.
Add butter and a dash of milk till it's all nice and
creamy.
PRESENTATION SUGGESTION:
Serve with black pepper, and create the traditional
hole for the gravy ;-)
