SCHNITZEL WITH
GREEN BEANS AND TOMATO/LETTUCE/EGG SALAD

Boil the eggs (6-7 minutes) and slice. Chop up the tomatoes
and the lettuce, mix all. Garnish with chive.
Boil potatoes in salted water. Prepare the beans (not
too long, they should stay crispy).
Bake the schnitzel till it looks ready ;) |
