STUFFED BARBECUED
TROUT
WITH SEASONING AND CELERY

I made this dish with 2 trout.
I got some rub seasoning for free at the store and applied
that. I also stuffed the cavities with celery.
I then put it on a cedar plank on the barbeque
for about 25 minutes.
Additional comments: We had Winterhook beer from the Redhook
brewing company.
This was a birthday dinner I made for my fiance. |
